THANKS-SMOOTHING FRUIT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

• 2 c. Frozen Mixed Berries

• 6 oz. Apple Juice

• 6 oz. Vanilla Yogurt (Substitute Berry Flavored If Desired)

• 6 oz. Milk

• 6 drops Lime, Lemon, Wild Orange, or Tangerine Essential Oil

This recipe will make two to three servings.

WAFFLES are a great, light breakfast choice. Want to give your favorite homemade waffles a fantastic flavorful twist?Simply add one to four drops of Wild Orange Essential Oil to the batter before cooking!

Or, if you don’t want the fruity flavor, try adding a drop (or two if you REALLY love the flavor!) of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil to your syrup!
